Sickle Cell Disease Surveillance
CPHI was awarded a multi-year cooperative agreement from the Centers for Disease Control to develop the state's first sickle cell disease surveillance system. Learn more about this work below.
Colorado Sickle Cell Data Collection
The Colorado Sickle Cell Data Collection (SCDC) Program is a statewide public health surveillance initiative led by the Center for Public Health Innovation (CPHI).
In partnership with state, clinical, and community partners—and with funding from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention—CPHI integrates and analyzes complex health data alongside qualitative input from the community to generate insights that deepen understanding of sickle cell disease and the associated health care access across the state.
