Maximizing Independence for Persons with Disabilities
CPHI has teamed up with state and national partners to test and evaluate innovative ways to improve financial security and social connections for persons with disabilities through benefits planning and employment services. We've highlighted some of our work in this field below.
Securing Employment and Economic Keys to Stability
CPHI partnered with the Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation to test ways to increase employment for adults with disabilities who were likely eligible for SSI/SSDI and received services from a Center for Independent Living or certified vendor, increase gross income, and/or reduce social isolation.
